You can now make an appointment when it suits you, day or night. No fuss or hanging on the telephone.

Working with our computer supplier, EMIS, we have a system which allows you to connect to our surgery using industry-standard SSL-encryption to directly book your appointment. You can book your appointment, change your appointment, cancel your appointment and even print out an appointment slip. As soon as you make your booking, it appears on our surgery system. You can even add an optional reason for your appointment.

how does the system work?

We ask you to sign-up to use the system in person at the surgery. You will be given a document containing all the details you need to set up your access to the system. This is to ensure your privacy and make sure you are the only one who receives your log -on document. When you first use the system you will need this information to set up your account. Once this is done, just choose your password and you can start using the system straight away. See the privacy policy and the help page, or go straight to the log-in page.
