Sometimes you may want to speak to your doctor or the nurse to report back about an ongoing problem or for some advice.
Usually the doctor will be in surgery until late morning, then go out on visits.
Please ring between 11:30 and 12.00 if possible. We do try to make time after surgery each day to speak to patients who ring in, but at particularly busy times we may not be able to speak to you immediately.
Sometimes the receptionist will ask you to call back at a set time, or the doctor may call you backe-mailing the practice
You can send us an email with any queries you may have. We would also like to hear any suggestions or comments you have about the practice or this website.
Please remember: email is NOT FOR URGENT USE.
We will respond as soon as possible. We aim for it to be a same day service but at busy times, it may take longer.
Please telephone the surgery on 980 3835 if your need is more urgent than this.
You may wish to order a repeat prescription or book an appointment via the internet. You will need to register first.
