All our clinical staff are qualified in family planning. You will need to see the doctor or nurse practitioner if you are just starting or changing your method of contraception. If you require a repeat prescription please see the nurse and she can arrange a repeat.
Dr. Naylor fits coils for our patients. If you are interested in this method of contraception, please book in to see her. At the moment, our Primary Care Trust is being "difficult", and refuses to pay us for providing this service. We are not sure how long we will be able to continue with this service in these circumstances. The alternative will then be to refer all our patients to the family planning clinics with relatively long waiting lists and bizarrely it costs the NHS much more to do this!
