district nurse serviceOur district nurses visit our housebound patients in the community. They are contactable on 0161 980 1453. If they are out of the office please leave a message. They will do dressings, give injections, change catheters, etc. They have an office upstairs in our building and do a clinic at the surgery on Friday luchtimes for mobile patients. Appointments for the surgery clinic are made via our reception on 0161 980 3835.
