Waiting room open to patients with pre-booked appointments from Monday 1st November

If you have a pre-booked appointment, please arrive at the allotted time. DO NOT just turn up without an appointment as unfortunately you will not be seen.

Due to the high prevelance of covid in Trafford, we need to maintain social distancing in our waiting area. This means we can accommodate a much smaller number of patients in the waiting room. We will try our best to have you in and out of the building as efficiently as possible.

Please bear with us and remember that a crowded GP surgery is a relatively high risk area to contract covid. Please wear a mask and DO NOT ATTEND if you have a temperature or covid symptoms.

There is plenty of hand gel so please use it. We also have a supply of masks if you forget yours, but it is very important to wear one whilst you are in the building. All clinicians will still be wearing fresh PPE and cleaning the room after each face-to-face consultation, so please be patient. We will be going as fast as we can.

Our existing self check-in system will be in use. If you use it please check in then use the hand gel provided to clean your hands thoroughly. Using gel before using the check-in could damage the screen.

We also have a new scannable QR code system which will allow you to check in. This is new so please bear with us in case there are teething problems. A staff member will be seated behind the new screen in reception and will be happy to manually check you in if you wish.
