The practice has implemented the following policy for patient safety:
All men require an appointment to be assessed for a UTI.Women aged 65 and over require an appointment to be assessed for a UTI.Women aged 16-64 with no history of UTIs or any other complicating factors can complete a questionnaire and submit a urine sample to reception before midday Monday – Friday. Please speak to a receptionist to send you the questionnaire by text message.Women aged 16-64 with a history of UTIs or any other complicating factors require an appointment to be assessed for a UTI.All children require an appointment to be assessed for a UTI.
