Clinical Pharmacists

Our Clinical Pharmacists, Joe Abedin and Numan Ahsan, help patients to manage long-term conditions, supporting those on multiple medicines, carry out structured medication reviews and enable better access to health checks.

Their role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and ensuring patient safety. Having Clinical Pharmacists in GP practices also helps GPs manage the demands on their time, for example, diagnosing and treating patients with more complex conditions.
